I work with adults with difficulties like anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship problems. I enjoy working closely with other medical professionals to help people manage and cope with medical problems and chronic illnesses and to make health habit changes around issues like stress, sleep, substance use, smoking, weight management, and procrastination.
