Feeling your best involves identifying and understanding the connections among your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and finding a sense of balance between your values and how you spend your time and energy.
There are many stressors that can impact that balance, including dealing with death or grief, caring for an aging parent, losing a job, or getting divorced. However, even happy events such as having a baby, getting married, moving to a new home, or retirement can have dramatic impact on our day to day lives.
My goal is to help you find the necessary tools to cope with the physical and emotional curveballs that life throws at you and to create balance unique to your circumstances. I’m here to help you uncover your best self, through active listening, open dialogue, and collaboration.
